Greg’s experience and focus has been in Strategic Planning and Implementation, Business Development, Program and Project Management, Budget Development, Health Care Policy and Administration, Human Capital and Operational Management, leveraging his in-depth knowledge of legislative advocacy, regulatory compliance and financial management.

Jim Poulakos brings more than 20 years of consulting experience that spans the entire system development lifecycle, from business case development to operational support. Jim personifies HKA’s commitment to delivering the highest quality services to its clients. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for his strong work ethic, results-oriented consensus building and exceptional ability to forge and maintain client relationships. Jim has dedicated his efforts to public service clients throughout the United States and has developed deep specialized skills in Strategic Planning facilitation and implementation, Independent Verification and Validation, Program/Project Management, and Process Reengineering. Prior to joining HKA, Jim served eleven years with Accenture and seven years with The North Highland Company, both in the State and Local arena. Jim graduated with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Auburn University and is a native of Atlanta.
